Our Mission
KidoMatch was born in 2021 when two parents — frustrated by screen-time guilt and apps filled with ads — decided to build something they'd actually feel good handing to their kids. Three years later, over 2 million children across 90 countries start their day with a KidoMatch session.
The Story
It started with a rainy Saturday afternoon, a frustrated 4-year-old, and a deck of homemade animal cards spread across the kitchen table. Maya Chen watched her daughter light up each time she flipped a matching pair — and realised that this ancient, simple mechanic was doing something no flashy app had managed: it was building genuine working memory while keeping her completely absorbed.
Maya called her friend James Park that same evening. Six months later, they had a prototype. Six months after that, KidoMatch hit the App Store with 12 card decks and zero marketing budget. Word spread because parents recommended it — and it's been growing that way ever since.
