Our Hiring Process

  • 1. Application — Send your CV and a short note about why KidoMatch excites you.
  • 2. Intro Call (30 min) — A relaxed chat with someone from the team. No trick questions.
  • 3. Take-home Task (2–3 hrs) — A small, paid task relevant to the role.
  • 4. Team Interview (1 hr) — Meet the people you'd work with day-to-day.
  • 5. Offer — We move fast. Most candidates hear back within a week of their final interview.
