Free accounts support 1 child profile. Premium accounts support up to 4 profiles — perfect for families with multiple kids.
Does KidoMatch work without an internet connection?+
Yes! Once a deck is downloaded, it plays fully offline. New decks and progress sync automatically when you reconnect.
Can I use KidoMatch on multiple devices?+
Premium subscribers can use KidoMatch on up to 3 devices simultaneously. Free accounts are limited to 1 active device.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
My child finished all the cards — are new decks added regularly?+
We release new card decks every month. Premium subscribers get instant access to all new content on launch day.
Is KidoMatch safe for my 3-year-old?+
Absolutely. KidoMatch has zero ads, zero in-app chat, and zero links to external websites. It's rated E for Everyone by ESRB.
How do I reset my child's progress?+
Go to Settings → Child Profile → Reset Progress. This can't be undone, so we'll ask you to confirm twice.
Can I download a receipt for my subscription?+
Yes — go to Settings → Billing → View Receipts. You can download PDF receipts for any past payment.
