1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KidoMatch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

KidoMatch is designed for children aged 3–12. Use of the Service by children requires supervision and consent from a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older. By creating an account, you confirm you are the parent or guardian of the child using the Service.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@kidomatch.com of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Upload, transmit, or share any content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's servers or networks.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within KidoMatch — including but not limited to illustrations, card designs, sounds, music, text, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of KidoMatch Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Free and Premium Features

KidoMatch offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Free accounts have access to a selection of card decks and game modes. Premium subscriptions unlock all content. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

7. In-App Purchases

Certain additional content may be available for purchase within the app. All purchases are final unless required by applicable law. Parents are responsible for monitoring and controlling in-app purchase settings on their child's device.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KidoMatch Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or profits.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
